energycreative yoga is a prana – vinyasa flow yoga, rooted in the breath, the ancient yogic text – the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the subsequent teachings of Krishnamacharya.
You will discover, peace of mind, improved posture and restored energy (prana). Yoga is a threefold journey of knowledge (Jnana), practice (Sadhana) and devotion (bhakti). Using Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, other ancient Hindu Scripts and Mantras – we strive towards remembering we are one with all.
Whether this is your first introduction, a return to your practice or you are looking for inspiration and a deeper emersion, our classes will serve you.
Our practice space in Oswestry in an intimate oasis of calm. We hold events and workshops that focus on sound healing, meditation and yoga.
We offer this space to restore ‘shanti’ or peace within ourselves so that we may be a light in the world and contribute to the new paradigm – without fear and with unconditional love.
