Yoga with Jack

I am currently the only UK teacher teaching a new and exciting form of Yoga called Baseworks.
Baseworks was developed in Tokyo as a practice with focus on core strengthening i.e. developing the abdomenal muscles, pelvis and upper spine to relieve pressure in the lower back. It is particularly good for anyone spending a lot of time at a computer or desk.
Having qualified in Berlin, I now teach at various studios and gyms around London as well as teaching private lessons at home.
