Yoga is suitable for any level of fitness or age (from baby to grandparent!). We aim to offer a class for everyone and every need, and our list of classes is growing all the time!
We offer general yoga classes for men and women of all abilities plus a range of specialist classes including classes for pregnancy, birth preparation and baby yoga. We have classes running at various locations in South Manchester and Cheshire which are ideally situated for Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Hazel Grove, Davenport and Stockport.
