Hello. I’m Sophie. I came to London about a year ago.
I’ve been a yoga instructor for over 10years and I ran my own studio in Seoul for 4 years. I have lots of teaching experience with a variety of yoga styles. I now want further my yoga experiences here in London.
I’m looking for an opportunity to share my yoga experiences, strong energy and passion for yoga. Even though my English isn’t fluent, I think connecting feelings, emotion and body through yoga is more important than language.
