Gemma offers a dynamic style of physical Yoga with the hope to help others explore their physical and mental being through the language of movement and breath. Yoga is an integral part of her life, coming from a corporate background Gemma understands the day to day stresses that surround us and the need for reconnection with inner stillness and strength. Gemma teaches from the heart and only from personal experience. She feels It is an honour to share this ancient science and art with others.
