This yoga is exactly as is taught in the Sivananda ashram’s and centres around the world.
Lakshmi can do 1-1 or group classes in the large room at her house.
Lakshmi was trained at the Sivananda centre in London and often goes back there to live, teach and serve.
Beginners welcome. Also trained in yoga for the elderly and wheelchair users.
Lessons in a relaxed comfortable and welcoming home.
Tea included after!
