Gail’s classes are fun and accessible to all abilities. She is a passionate and knowledgeable teacher. I have learned so much about my body since joining Ginger Yoga and with Gail’s gentle nurturing also gained confidence to challenge myself. I always feel balanced and nourished after the classes. I also subscribe to the pick’n’mix which means access anytime to an array of wonderful yoga.
    Thank you Gail ❤️

I found Gail’s pregnancy yoga class by chance and have absolutely loved all of the sessions I have been to.
Gail is really knowledgable about all things pregnancy related and has pointed me in the right direction, given suggestions and advice and generally been super supportive many,
many times. And that’s not even mentioning that that the yoga is perfectly pitched, gentle and a wholly rejuvenating experience.
I am so pleased to have found this class during my pregnancy and am looking forward to attending mother and baby sessions once my baby has arrived.

I have been attending Gail’s classes for some time now. She is a wonderful yoga instructor. Very friendly, approachable and fun to be with. One certainly feels better having been in her company and among like minded enthusiasts.
Calming, soulful and much needed! Thank you Gail!

Having spent a wonderfully relaxing Saturday in the yurt with a small group under Gail’s guidance I have to give Ginger Yoga a 5 star review. Every little detail was considered, from how the yurt was set up for our yoga classes to the delicious home cooked lunch and cakes! Definitely recommend.

Gail is the most gifted, dedicated and supportive yoga teacher I’ve ever worked with. Her hatha classes have been a highlight of my week for over 4 years. With Gail’s expert guidance, the practice can be as challenging, or as gentle and nourishing, as you choose. I always leave class feeling physically and emotionally renewed. During the summer holidays I’ve been using the pick and mix online classes, which are a brilliant way to fit yoga into your day at home. Whether you have just 10 mins or 2 hours to practice, there’s something to suit everyone. Even if you have never tried yoga before, I promise she will make you fall in love with it. If you’re into yoga already, you’ll find plenty to challenge and inspire you. Gail’s depth of knowledge in the theory, practice and philosophy of yoga, as well as in anatomy and physiology are incredible. I have learned so much from her.

I have recently had the privilege of attending one of Gail’s summer day retreats in her beautiful new yoga yurt. A peaceful, light and airy space with a beautiful energy that is perfectly suited for small group sessions. Everything was provided (you just need to bring a yoga mat). Our group of seven was treated to three classes perfectly tailored to the day (it was very hot) – hatha yoga, a gentle post-lunch qigong session, and soothing yin yoga – as well as a hearty, delicious and nourishing vegetarian lunch shared in the garden and afternoon tea and homemade cakes. There was also plenty of free time to relax, go for a walk, or just ‘be’ – something I cherish as a busy mum of a young child! It was a truly blissful day – highly recommended.

I can not recommend Gail’s classes enough. I dabbled with yoga at Uni but had not really been to many classes. Gail (Ginger Yoga) was recommended by a friend but was always booked up. I now know why. Gail is inclusive and welcoming, self effacing yet so knowledgable and patient. The classes are enjoyable, meaningful and empowering. Gail offers a range of classes for which you do need to ‘book early’ but it is so worth taking the plunge and booking any class just to find out what it is all about. If you book into one of the yurt classes you will not regret it (especially if Gail has been baking!!).

Beautiful calm soul, wonderful clear gentle explanations, always goes above and beyond to make everyone, no matter their ability or differences, feel welcome, included and at ease, bless her heart. Genuinely can not recommend highly enough, is there a 6 (10?!) star option!
