I am a traveling Yoga Teacher. I live in the summer on the Costa Blanca, Spain, and in the winter travel around Europe and the Caribbean teaching privately and to small groups. I am also a Rosen Method Practitioner, a form of bodywork that connects the emotions with physical tension in the body, allowing for emotional release. I qualifies as a Yoga instructor in 2005, and have been teaching ever since. Having suffered from arthritis myself, many years ago, I fully understand when people have restrictions and challenges in their bodies. I welcome all levels to my classes and hope you connect with your body on a deep level.
I run retreats throughout the year in Spain and the UK , and can create bespoke retreats for you in your home or workplace.
