This 90 minute workshop will give you experience of movement massage and mindfulness that can help ease you pregnancy and approach birth with calm confidence. Birth partners welcome!
Sliding scale pricing with options to join online / recording available for 2 weeks after the event.
In person session includes a tasty snack and time for tea and chat so you get the benefit of sharing experience and making new friends.
Suitable for 2nd and third trimesters.
The session is led by Emilie, a doula, yoga and antenatal teacher with 14 years of experience working with birthing families.
