Gentle and slow Saturday morning for autumn season. This is our 2 hour seasonal restorative yoga and yoga nidra workshop “Recharge & Refresh”. Beautifully slow and both restorative yoga and yoga nidra help to promote deep relaxation and activate parasympathetic system. Parasympathetic nervous system isis responsible for slowing down heart rate and breath also increasing blood flow in our body.
After our practice, we have chat and cup of tea/ coffee to feel the community of like minded people. We are very friendly and down to earth.
All refreshments and home baked cake are included. Feel free to bring your own tea bags/ coffee/ milk.
I provide all necessary props, however, if you have any yoga mat/ yoga bolster/ blocks/bricks/strap, please bring them along. If you don’t have a yoga mat, please let me know. Also please feel free to bring extra cushions to create a cozy nest for yoga nidra.
