Padma Yoga

Namaste!

I have been teaching Yoga and meditation since 2003 and have been working with Reiki since 1996, my aim is to offer Yoga, Meditation and Reiki as tool for people to find their inner strength and get the best out of living and I am happy to work with all types of people.

During class, it is important that people feel safe and inspired and that their experience of the class is satisfying and enjoyable.

I maintain a regular practice of Yoga, Meditation and Reiki healing, and have done for many years, I also regularly keep my knowledge of all 3 areas evolving through research, practice along with receiving ongoing training.

I teach Ashtanga Yoga although I tend to modify the primary series according to your personal ability and needs.

I have written and taught a variety of courses in Meditation and Mindfulness along with working with Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep)

Qualifications: Yoga BWY Foundation Diploma, Sivananda TTC, Inbound Yoga Ashtanga Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Hypnotherapy CCOH & NCH, fully insured. I am also a member of Yoga Alliance.
