I run small, friendly yoga classes in Newton in the Isle 5 times per week. Maximum 8 students per class. All props and mats for your use provided. Indoor or outdoor practice, weather dependant. Morning and evening classes available.
The style of yoga I teach called Vinyasa or flow yoga. We will be flowing from one pose to the next with the rhythm of our breath.
Many people think that they need to be flexible to begin yoga, but that's like thinking that you need to be able to play tennis in order to take tennis lessons. Come as you are and you will find that yoga practice will help you become more flexible, mobile, balanced and strong.
