I offer restorative Vinyasa and Hatha Flow Style Yoga and Wellbeing Coaching in Hampshire for a truly holistic approach to Wellbeing. I trained with Sally Parkes Laxmi Yoga 200 hr Teacher Training which focuses on energising the body without exhaustion, breathing techniques, correct alignment and a deeper understanding of the mind-spirit- body connection of yoga.
I am an ICF Registered & Qualified Personal & Executive Coach, Yoga Alliance Member, trained Therapeutic Massage therapist and Colour Me Beautiful Style & Image Consultant. I have studied Anatomy & Physiology and Nutrition extensively and have had a life long interest in Health and Wellbeing. I am currently completing an Msc in Personalised Nutrition.
Yoga for me has been a very personal journey and I have learnt more in private yoga sessions than I have in years of yoga classes and now as a teacher myself I believe it is a really worthwhile investment and can leave you feeling rejuvenated - like you have had a mini spa break! My private yoga sessions are 90 minutes in length and are tailored to your personal needs. I guide you on the correct breathing techniques, postures, alignment and offer guided meditation and a relaxation session at the end. They can also be combined with a wellbeing coaching session for a really holistic approach to your wellbeing.
Private sessions can also be shared with a friend or partner and can be a great way to support each other on your wellbeing journey. I can instruct you on special stretching techniques that you can work on together to increase your flexibility and enhance your yoga practice.
I run a beginners yoga Hatha style class at The Joneses Studio, The Bellhouse, Turk Street, Alton on Wednesday mornings. This is an inclusive class for all ages, gender and fitness levels. Please use the contact button to book your session. The sessions are 75 minutes long and are £10 per session. Please feel free to bring your own mat, blanket and other creature comforts but I have equipment you can use if required.
I am also starting a vinyasa style power workout class that works on building strength, tone and flexibility. Please contact me to register interest.
I can also offer Well-being coaching and yoga outside of the Hampshire area via Skype and online tutorials.
