ANTE-NATAL

Our practice reminds us to appreciate our body’s capability to guide us through pregnancy and birth using simple but effective breathing practices, sacred chants and intuitive movement. It reconnects us with a deeper part of our being shared with our baby bringing a sense of trust in mother nature’s magnificent design, YOU.

These ante-natal classes are run in 5 week blocks taking you on a intimate journey to deeply connect with your baby, your body and also group of like minded mummies to be, in a supporting and nurturing space. Everything you need for comfort and that extra cozy feeling is all provided so you don’t need to bring anything.

Classes are for all levels with no previous yoga experience necessary and are offered from 12 weeks pregnancy up until childbirth.

POST-NATAL
Come with an open heart and melt in a space that will nourish and nurture your body with mindful compassion towards recovery after birth. Using the breath (pranayama), sacred sounds, simple and gentle yet profound intuitive yoga movements (asana) to energize your post-natal body, calm your mind, nourish your soul and gently ease yourself into motherhood.

These post-natal classes are run in continuous 5 week blocks on a journey to deeply relax your body and mind and drop into an unlimited source of peace inside of you.

As always, everything you need for comfort and to totally let go is provided so you don’t need to bring anything.

These sessions are suitable for everyone as well those new to yoga regardless of the kind of birth you have had and are appropriate from 6 weeks (if you’ve had a vaginal birth) or 8 weeks (if you’ve had a cesearean) post natal onwards.
