Claire’s classes are based on principles of alignment which are built from the ground up – so there is always a variation that you can do and there is always a challenge for those with more experience or who want to work a little harder.

Claire is an experienced teacher, with almost 1000 hours of training under her belt since she began in 2005. Claire teaches with care and humour and allows you to progress at your own speed.

This class is held on Wednesdays from 1930 – 2045 at the Methodist Church in Beckenham. Classes at different locations are held on Mondays and Thursdays.
