Georgie Creek, teacher, is British Wheel of Yoga Diploma and advanced module Yoga for Pregnancy holder and has been practising yoga for 15 years. Her class are relaxed and friendly allowing students to grow into their practise at their own pace and taking them as far as they wish to go.
Georgie teaches her students to go into and out of postures safely and the importance of using the body correctly to stay healthy. She particularly encourages mindfulness and gives her students the tools to become more mindful in their postures. Georgie's students' find their well-being and stress levels naturally reduce as a result of regular attendance at classes and home practice.
