sallyoga – I am a fully qualified yoga teacher qualified to teach vinyasa flow, ashtanga vinyasa-style, restorative and power yoga. I currently teach an open level, drop-in vinyasa flow class at St Thomas Church, Telford Avenue, SW2 and teach modified ashtanga primary sequence at the University of London Union.
