A British Wheel of Yoga Diploma teacher, FC1 turor and assessor of student teachers for 34 years of teaching experience.
Teaching Hatha Yoga covering all aspects of yoga practices.
I teach private classes, one-to-one sessions.
I also teach Mindfulness in the Mid-Essex NHS specifically for the Mental Health Service.
I continue to explore and develop my own personal yoga practice with regular attendance at BWY training days, and I regularly stay at the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales, to deepen and extend my own personal practice, and enhance my teaching to my own students, with Swami Nischalalanda, other resident swamis and teachers at the Ashram.
