B-Yoga studio is a beautifully converted attic in the heart of Rhyl spanning over 1,000 sq ft and is the first boutique yoga studio in the area. Over the years we have built a yoga community where yoga is more than just a practice, it’s a way of life.
We offer a wide range of Yoga classes to suit everyones needs. The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to practice for very long to reap the benefits. All ages, abilities, shapes and sizes are welcome at B-Yoga studio and remember everyone was once a beginner.
