I have been teaching yoga classes in the Evesham/Pershore area for over 15 years and trained with the Friends of Yoga Society (FRYOG) I hold a Friends of yoga Diploma and a Real Yoga Diploma . I currently offer yoga sessions at Evesham Natural Health Center 9.30am Tuesdays and Thursdays. One-to-one sessions are also available. I have worked with over 1000 children in local schools teaching yoga and mindfulness workshops. I offer private sessions for children with their parents and also couples sessions. I also offer yoga within the work place.
