Welcome to Earth Kids & Adult Yoga. Our classes are for children, families and adults and are based in Sutton in Ashfield and surrounding areas. We aim to make yoga accessible for all so people are able to access an all round exercise for both body and mind.
Children’s yoga is suitable for 4 to 12 year olds and is based around asanas (poses), simple sequences, mindfulness, yoga games and meditation.
Family yoga is similar to children’s yoga but is aimed at both the adult and the child and incorporates partner poses too so that parents and children can experience doing yoga together.
The adult class is Hatha yoga and is suitable for beginners.
