Hi, I’m Helen and I have completed the 200hr YTT certified by Yoga Alliance to teach Hatha Yoga and also the 40hr Yin Yoga qualification.
I teach online classes via Zoom including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Angelic Hatha Yoga.
My Angelic Hatha Yoga is a beautiful practice working with a different angel in each class towards our Sankalpa, ending in a calming guided meditation related to the angel we have been working with. My clients love these classes and the feeling of peace and love which they leave with in addition to feeling well stretched. This unique style is also available as a 2hr workshop also including a Tibetan Sound Bath.
