Hi, my name is Beverley and I run Inspiras Move.

As a qualified yoga and Breathwork teacher, I offer breathwork + gentle yoga classes at different venues across the Wirral. I’m passionate about helping everyone to improve their energy levels; reduce feelings of anxiety or just simply move well and feel better in their body.

By combining modern, scientifically-proven breathing techniques with tried and tested gentle yoga movements it’s amazing what you can achieve!
