Om Studio is a purpose built studio for Yogacharini Kalavathi Devi who trained at Swami Gitananda’s ashram in Pondicherry in 1999. 6 months intensive residential teacher training covering all aspects of gurukula style Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga . Living and teaching in and around Cardiff, South Wales since her training. General classes, pregnancy, kids, corporate, one to one, yoga therapy, mantra, philophy. Yoga foundation course and Yoga Teacher Training. Yoga retreats and holidays. Breathing therapy courses (pranayama).
Kalavathi returns yearly as much as she can to the ashram to deepen her knowledge and further training. In 2010 she was awarded the title Yoga Chemmal for her service to Yoga.
