Please bring a mat. Let me know in advance if you need to borrow one.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Try not to eat 2 hours before class. Yoga is best done on an empty stomach. But don’t let this put you off coming. Better to eat a light snack and come along.
Please arrive a few minutes before the class starts. Developing a meditative atmosphere is important in which to practice. Enter quietly with respect for those around you if you are late
