I am a one to one and group yoga teacher specialising in ashtanga and Sivananda yoga. I have 10 years’ teaching experience and currently still practise ashtanga under the guidance of Hamish Hendry in London on a weekly basis.
Classes are dynamic and challenging although I work to people’s ability.
