Trinitytreeyoga offers a number of yoga styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and specialist pregnancy, postnatal and beginners. Private tuition is always available and high demand. Recent work has incorporated specialist workshops to help students deepen their practice.
