Great yoga classes and an amazing teacher. Love the emphasis that we’re all different and therefore as individuals we should listen to our own bodies and push as far as we are comfortable with. It also makes the classes very accessible for different levels of ability. Ultimately just a very nice atmosphere! I would strongly recommend. Thank you very much Ali!

I love Ali’s yoga classes, not only does the body get aligned but the mind also. Each class is well thought through with a message to take home and think about that has positive affirmations.

Pre Covid lockdown I first attended a class with Ali having practised yoga intermittently for many years. I gained so much from that session I attended a weekend retreat in West Wales and fell in love with Ali’s style of teaching. Throughout lockdown Ali’s zoom sessions kept me focused on looking after mind and body. Only last week I had to have routine minor adjustments by my chiropractor who delightedly commented on how flexible my spine was and how readily it responded to treatment. Thank you Ali…..looking forward to more practice sessions and retreats.

Ali is a brilliant teacher and a lovely person whom makes her classes fun and interesting .. she encourages and supports you in the different postures and if you have an injury she’ll adapt it to meet your needs. I would highly recommend Ali’s classes.

I love Alison’s classes. She makes you feel you belong in the classes – right there on the mat – whether on zoom or in the room. I have tried a lot of pilates and yoga and have found a space that is restorative, physically important but with a mind/body connection. Wholeheartedly recommend Alison

Alison is a brilliant yoga teacher, using humour and detailed instructions to guide participants through the classes, which cover a wide range of asanas and breathing exercises. During lockdowns her pre-recorded and live Zoom sessions have been lifesavers. I am looking forward to travelling to her yoga retreat in Zante in 2022
