Divine Works offers Yoga Classes for all ages and abilities. I teach a Vinyasa Flow style of Yoga, as well as including elements of Yin Yoga. My classes always incorporate pranayama and meditation, and I try to invoke a deep sense of spirituality.
I also specialise in Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Post-Natal Yoga.
